Creative Direction & Styling

As the Owner & Creative Director of The Gorky since 2021, I've cultivated a shop environment that sparks wonder and delight, aligning every detail with our brand's distinct aesthetic and values. Concurrently, I oversee a robust schedule of 14 monthly events, seamlessly blending visual allure with logistical precision to create captivating experiences. With a keen eye for styling and merchandising, I've developed innovative strategies to showcase our products and drive sales, leveraging our significant Instagram following of 5556 to maximize engagement. Prior to this, as Owner & Creative Director of Charlie Roquette from 2017 to 2021, I curated a space of refined sophistication and charm while personally overseeing product curation and adding an artistic touch as a stylist. My experience extends to wardrobe styling for high-profile projects, including Tessa Violet's music videos in 2019 and 2020, where I collaborated closely with talent and management to craft trendsetting looks within budgetary constraints. Notably, for Björk's 2021 tour, I provided expert styling guidance and personalized shopping experiences, ensuring each ensemble reflected the artist's unique style and persona.

Event Planning & Curation

As the event planner for The Gorky in LA, I orchestrate a dynamic calendar of 14 monthly events, each meticulously designed to engage and enchant our audience. Drawing on my extensive experience and creative vision, I curate immersive experiences that showcase our brand's unique aesthetic while seamlessly integrating logistical elements. My expertise extends to collaborating with renowned brands such as ANANAS ANANAS, LAURA SOTO, RABÔT, and ONE MAGAZINE in the past, where I've successfully translated their visions into memorable events that resonate with attendees. From concept development to execution, I ensure that each event reflects the ethos of both The Gorky and our esteemed partners, resulting in unforgettable experiences for all involved.
