In my role, I meticulously crafted and curated a shop environment designed to evoke a profound sense of wonder and delight, meticulously aligning every aspect with the brand's unique aesthetics and values. Simultaneously, I orchestrated a remarkable total of 14 events each month, seamlessly blending aesthetic allure with logistical precision to create captivating experiences. Throughout the process, I assumed full responsibility for all facets of event planning and execution, from initial conceptualization to thorough post-event analysis. Leveraging our substantial Instagram following of 5556 followers, I effectively promoted these events and fostered meaningful engagement with our audience. Furthermore, I spearheaded the development of innovative merchandising strategies aimed at showcasing our products and driving sales during these events. By implementing cohesive styling techniques, I ensured that each display within our shop and at events not only captivated the eye but also authentically reinforced our brand identity, leaving a lasting impression on customers.
